Minecraft uses a scale of 1 block = 1 meter, which didn't divide nicely into 5 foot squares, so I settled on 2 blocks = 5 feet this allows some wiggle room, since many walls in the castle are fewer than 2.5 feet thick, and that's the minimum wall size Minecraft allows by default. It was a terrible mistake to do so and I am now haunted by it. I built (with help from my significant other) a complete model of Castle Ravenloft in Minecraft so I could inflict it on my players in VR.
